I came up with it myself.
I hope you like it as much as I do .
Well thats not fair my family Likes it maybe Too much .
This is how I do it:
Take five pounds of beef of your choice I use whats on sale .
Then put the beef it in a crock pot big enough to fit the beef .
I use the one I got from the DI.
Take about half cup BBQ sauce and stir into beef tell well covered .
I ad a little salt and pepper to feel so about two teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of pepper.
I like a little Tabasco maybe one table spoon .
Just stir all the ingredients together.
Then drop the lid on it and let it cook on the high setting for 8 hours .
At that paint I stir the beef tell its all in nice shreds .
then I ad more BBQ sauce to the texture I want it
Then I put the lid back on and cook it for two more hours .
When that two hours is up turn off the crock pot and serve on hamburger buns .
O one thing thats killer good to do ,
is spread a layer of hot notcho cheese on the shreded roast beef sandwich
